Studio Practice
Kanuka’s studio practice foregrounds process as both method and subject, emphasizing improvisation, experimentation, and material transformation. Working across printmaking and ceramics, his practice examines transitional states of form, rhythm, and gesture, where research and intuition converge. This documentation situates the studio not only as a site of production, but also as a space of inquiry—revealing works in progress, lived practice, and the evolving dialogue between material and idea.
